When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, the suburb or address of the job, and whatever you tell us about the work. We do not ask for anything we do not need to quote and carry out your job.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare your quote, and carry out the work if you go ahead. To do that, we may share your enquiry with a suitable provider to service your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How it reaches us

Enquiries sent through the form on this site are transmitted securely and delivered to us by email. The website records basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed and the country a visit comes from) to help us keep the site useful. This does not identify you.

Keeping it safe, and your choices

We keep your information only as long as we need it for your job and our records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just get in touch.
